Every bottle from Heavy Branch Cidery reflects a tradition of fine craftsmanship. The essence of our exceptional cider is in the pure simplicity of its ingredients: apple juice, yeast, and nothing else. Using a slow, oak-cask fermentation that takes seven times as long as some mass-market ciders and finishing with the Charmat method, we craft a premium, ultra-dry cider that is worth waiting for and leaves a lasting impression.
